How to deal with the phenomenon that the LCD splicing screen has no picture display and the LCD splicing wall picture is not clear?

The LCD splicing screen is currently one of the users' favorite large-scale displays. The LCD splicing wall composed of splicing screen will encounter the problem of unclear image display in actual operation. However, the large screen image of the LCD video wall is not clear, mainly including low brightness, poor edge focus, double images (image smearing), interference fringe overlay (high signal source resolution) or jagged images (lost frames), no image display (no Signal image display). So when the above phenomenon occurs, how should maintenance personnel debug the LCD splicing wall?


The spliced screen wall shows a blue background:

First, we need to understand why the stitching screen displays a blue background. Whether the entire video wall or a single video wall unit displays a blue background, it means that there is no signal. Therefore, when a single screen displays a blue background, it may be a software setting, a loose signal cable interface from the signal processor to the screen, or a wiring problem. Check for loose connections or test replacement leads. When the entire video wall is blue background or multiple screens are displayed as blue background, the problem may be the problem of the signal processor and the signal output device, followed by the poor contact of the signal cable and interface. In this case, check the software settings, signal processor, signal output device, signal interface, and signal cable until you find a problem.


Black screen on splicing screen:

The black screen of the LCD splicing screen may be caused by the following problems: incorrect setting of the splicing software parameters, damage to the splicing screen driver board, damage to the LCD screen, and damage to the power board. We check based on these 4 points. The black screen of the spliced screen may not be powered on, or the spliced screen may be turned off by software or remote control to eliminate hardware damage.


LCD video wall display is not clear:

First of all, troubleshooting LCD splicing walls can be checked in stages to identify problems. First, you can check whether the resolution of the LCD video wall signal source is consistent with the resolution of the display terminal. If it is a video signal, it also depends on whether its standard can be applied to the display terminal. If the requirements of the display terminal cannot be met, the nature of the signal can be changed by replacing the device or adding a conversion device.


Second, look at the bandwidth of the splitter and matrix switcher and their impedance to the signal source to minimize image loss over standard distances. Finally, check whether the focus and convergence of the display device is normal, and whether the signal processing circuit is good.


In addition, if the image of the LCD splicing wall is double-sided, it is necessary to check whether the transmission cable is too long and thin. The solution is to change the wiring or add signal amplifiers and other equipment. If the focus is not good, you can adjust the display terminal and so on.
